Executive Director

Peter G. Gregory, AICP - pgregory@trorc.org
Peter is appointed by the TRORC Board of Directors and manages professional and support staff in their implementation of Board policy.  In addition, Peter is the primary contact with local, state and federal officials on issues affecting the 30 towns in the TRORC region.  Peter also interfaces regularly with the Vermont Legislature and the staffs of Vermont’s Congressional delegation to ensure that the needs of our communities are known and that they match state and federal programs.   In addition to advocacy, Board service and organizational management, Peter works on transportation, economic development, local land use and Act 250 development review.  Peter can be reached at extension #11.

Finance Manager

Dee Gishdgish@trorc.org
Dee manages budgets, contracts, accounts receivables and payables, accounting and human resources. She also provides general administrative assistance to the commission. Dee can be reached at extension #10.

GIS Manager

Pete Fellows, CFM - pfellows@trorc.org
Pete is in charge of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) services program. Pete manages the editing, collecting and maintenance of a wide variety of databases and information. These include the creation and maintenance of maps for zoning and town plans, regional maps, and numerous other map products. Pete can also help your town contract for outside mapping services. Senior Planner

Kevin W. Geiger, AICP CFM - kgeiger@trorc.org
Kevin is responsible for TRORC's local and regional emergency management planning efforts, assisting towns with regulating floodplain development, regional water quality policy and also assists on planning and zoning projects. Kevin is also involved in brownfields revitalization and housing. Kevin can be reached at extension #24.

Regional Planner

Loralee Morrow, LEED AP - lmorrow@trorc.org
Loralee assists towns with town plans, zoning, Regional Plan, housing, CEDS, energy and sustainability issues. Loralee is also managing our new HUD Sustainable Communities grant. Loralee can be reached at extension #20.

Senior Planner

Chris Sargent, AICP - csargent@trorc.org
Chris assists towns with planning, town plans, zoning and also works on transportation projects, GIS Mapping, regional outreach programs and Municipal Planning Grant related projects. He is the lead planner on the TRORC Energy Efficiency and Conservation program as well. Additionally, he acts as our Webmaster and is responsible for designing our Web Site, Internet connection, email accounts and PC maintenance. Chris can be reached at extension #12.

Senior Planner

Rita Seto, AICP - rseto@trorc.org
Rita runs our Transportation Planning Program that includes access management, bike/pedestrian issues, elderly and disabled transportation, public transit, traffic counts, project programming and represents our region in statewide planning efforts. Rita also works with communities on local and regional planning projects including town plans, GIS technical assistance, emergency management planning, regional capacity studies and other special projects. Planner

Emma Zavez - ezavez@trorc.org
Emma works on projects related to water quality, hazard mitigation, forestry stewardship, environmental policy and broadband planning. Additionally, she assists staff with various planning projects, such as the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program. Emma can be reached at extension #14.

Brian Hamlin - bhamlin@trorc.org
Brian assists with the Transportation Planning Program and also works on Energy Efficiency and provides GIS technical assistance. Brian can be reached at extension #15.

Grant Administrator

Bob Ennis - bennis@trorc.org
Bob will be administering the HMGP and CDBG programs with the assistance of Kevin Geiger.
