GIS Service Center

GIS Technical Services

TRORC's mission is to provide technical assistance to our member towns. Projects include town plan mapping, zoning mapping, thematic mapping of natural, cultural and transportation resources, and limited GIS software support.

TRORC does not act as a tax map contractor but will provide extensive assistance to towns concerning tax map development that includes RFP development, review and assistance with contractor selection, review of deliverables, and continuing assistance with day-to-day office implementation. Additionally, TRORC will work with its staff of professional planners and with state agencies or other regional groups to produce regional GIS planning analyses.

TRORC will provide limited technical assistance to private firms on an ad-hoc basis. Services include data conversion to dxf/dwg, map creation, and map plotting. For more information, please contact Pete Fellows, GIS Manager.

PDF files of 11x17 black and white town road name maps are downloadable free of charge. If you need printing services, please contact TRORC. Please note that there may be fees associated with the printing of any maps.
